At the lower left, the HIO (details are given in Section 3.5[link]) calculation in the jth cycle is shown. The jth cycle of run N starts from the density map ρj,N. The Fourier transform (FT) of ρj,N, Gj,N, is modified to [G_{j,N}^{\,\prime}] by the reciprocal space constraint (Kodama & Nakasako, 2011BB23). The output map of the jth cycle [\rho_{j,N}^{\,\prime}], which is calculated by the inverse Fourier transform (FT−1) of [G_{j,N}^{\,\prime}], is modified to ρj+1,N by the real-space constraint to start the next j+1 cycle. After M HIO cycles, the map for the next M + 1 cycle of the kth run, [\rho_{k,M}^{\,\prime}] was generated using equations (2)[link] and (3)[link].
