A $[{\bb Z}]$ -module dislocation is the image in $[{\bf E}_\perp]$ of a perfect dislocation of Λ in N-D space, of Burgers vector $[{\bf B} \in \Lambda]$ that has a non-zero component $[{\bf B}^\prime_\perp]$ in $[{\bf E}_\perp]$ after the shear $[\widehat{\varepsilon}]$ .
