RIXS spectrometer equipped with its R = 1 m crystal analyser chamber. The KB assembly and the RIXS spectrometer, including the RIXS chamber and the sample tower, sit on a common marble base equipped with a motorized horizontal translation. The whole system is installed on a motorized translation and can be displaced sideways.
