The ray-tracing simulation is compared with the solution obtained with the Fraunhofer propagator and with the sinc function from geometrical optics. (a) Profile across the entire detector, showing an overall agreement among the three solutions; (b) the ray-tracing simulation matches the sinc pattern but deviates significantly from the Fraunhofer propagator solution at high frequencies; (c) plot of the difference between the Fraunhofer solution and ray tracing for a single line-cut. The difference is below 10% of the Fraunhofer solution for |X| < 2 cm.
