The main functions of the X-ray nanoprobe at the TPS 23A beamline located at the Taiwan Photon Source, including XEOL, TR-XEOL, XRF, XAS and CL. The measured sample will be equipped in the environment of a high vacuum (1 × 10−6 torr) and room temperature (300 K) with a load-lock system to quickly transfer the samples between the main chamber and the preparation chamber.
