The orange area shows the uncertainty (up to ±5%) associated with the C content in the range 1.2–2% and O in the range 0.3–0.6% (by atomic concentration). The blue line for Cx=0.015Oy=0.004 corresponds to the content of 1.5% C and 0.4% O inside the Be film.
