(a) Experimentally obtained normalized fluctuation (〈ΔXi2〉/〈x02〉) versus volumetric deformation factor (λ3) are evaluated with the pseudo Affine (κ = 100) and Phantom (κ = 0) models at the selected ϕ = 3 and 10. The degree of interconnection is diversified by controlling the amount of binary thiol end-capped functional PEGs (a fixed Mp = 10000) to the AuNP by ×5, ×10 and ×20.
