Sample preparation for synchrotron X-ray imaging and small-angle scattering. A Si wafer holder with a SiN3 membrane window is used as a sample holder. After the sample loading it is sealed by another sample holder with Teflon O-ring spacer. The temperature-controlled experiments were performed in the humidity-controlled box.
