EDC images around (a) the O 1s core, (b) the Ti 2p core, (c) the valence band and (d) a kinetic energy of 694 eV, taken at room temperature with a photon energy of 753 eV. The images were measured by fixing the Z axis at 2 mm and scanning the Y′ axis from −2.5 to 1.5 mm [the black line in Fig. 11[link](b)] at intervals of 0.04 mm. The measured energy ranges correspond to the colored rectangles in Fig. 11[link](c). The white lines were obtained by integrating all photoelectrons emitted in the measured kinetic energy. All spectra were taken at room temperature with a photon energy of 753 eV (LHR).
