Spot sizes on the sample position. First-order derivation of the photocurrent from a square aperture with 21.6 eV photon energy and 30 µm vertical width of the exit slit. The FWHM is obtained from a Gaussian fitting representing the beam size on the sample, which is (a) 7.5 µm in the vertical and (b) 67 µm in the horizontal, respectively.
