Simplified EMA beamline setup for the experiments with the HD-DCM, including: the APU22 source, electron beam position monitors (eBPMs); high-heat-load slits (Slit1); the HD-DCM; focusing Kirkpatrick–Baez (KB) mirrors; ionization chambers (IC1, IC2, IC3 and IC4); sample stages (Sample1 and Sample2); metal filters and monochromatic slits (Slit2). Connections among the Beckhoff's motion controller for the APU22, storage ring (SR) electronics for the eBPMs, and NI's cRIOs used as controller (HD-DCM), data acquisition hardware (ICs) and trigger unit (TATU) are also indicated. More details are provided in the text. Distances with respect to the undulator are provided for general reference.
