(g, h) Corresponding data for water. A 258 nm laser beam with a diameter of 15.3 mm and a fluence of 5.4 µJ cm−2 was used. The laser was switched on at t = 0 s (green line) and switched off at t = 10 s (red line). Measurements are averaged over 1 s.
