Between these, the primary beam leaks through the central stop, but the intensity of this peak is below the saturation rate of LAMBDA. The black dots on the outer edge of the illuminated areas are caused by imperfections in the dFZP. (b) Flat-field corrected holograms obtained via dynamic flat-field correction.
