Evaluation of energy resolution of the Laue spectrometer using a Si(333) analyzer. The Kβ_1,3 emission spectrum is collected from the Nb foil. The resolution of the Laue spectrometer is obtained by deconvolving the Lorentzian and Gaussian functions. A resolution of 2.4 eV is obtained by using the Lorentzian function to account for the natural linewidth of 6.2 eV, as reported by Campbell & Papp (2001
