Photon intensity was measured with beamline optics set to a central energy of 12.4 keV and 0.2 mm by 0.1 mm WB aperture (third row). The center of the slits was then scanned over a 2 mm range to map the distribution of the fifth, fourth and third harmonics at 12.4 keV (left to right columns). The gray box shows the nominal center of the WB aperture during previous measurements. The measured data in amps is normalized to the peak of the simulation in the bottom row. Contours in units of 1 × 1016 photons s−1 mrad−2 (0.1% bandwidth)−1. Simulation of the ideal spatial flux density through a 0.2 mm by 0.1 mm aperture for the reported field and 1.4% higher field (second and third row). The spatial flux density calculated from scaled magnetic field measurements are shown in the bottom row.
