Corresponding simulated spectra are shown by the solid lines in (c) and (d), whereas the dashed lines show the spectra assuming the zero electron beam emittance and the zero energy spread. The opening size of the FES is 0.1 mm × 0.1 mm for the measured data. The same size is assumed in the simulation.
