The vertical size of the focused beam on the sample. Data are taken at the U M5-edge using two different HRM setups. The solid line is from a blade scan while the circles are its first derivative. The thick horizontal lines represent the estimated full width at half-maximum (FWHM). Fitting was avoided due to a large asymmetry in the beam profile.
