[\tilde{F\,}\!_{r}] as derived in equation (21)[link] plotted as a function of photon energy for beryllium (Be) and chemical vapor deposition diamond (CVD). The maxima values are [{\rm{max}}[\tilde{F\,}\!_{r,{\rm{Be}}}]] = 6.895 × 10−8 m at 12.089 keV for Be, and [{\rm{max}}[\tilde{F\,}\!_{r,{\rm{CVD}}}]] = 2.889 × 10−8 m at 18.777 keV for CVD, respectively.
