Multilayer period variation over the transverse dimension of the mirror of SIRIUS monochromator. The period is evaluated from the angular position of the peak of rocking curves measured at four different photon energies on the SIRIUS beamline, and with Cu Kα radiation at LCF. The absolute positioning of the beam from one energy to the other is not better than ±0.3 mm so that the positions of different sets are globally adjusted.
