(a) Explanation of the procedure adopted to fine tuning the Bragg values from the radiographic measurements of the K-edge mask. The Bragg angle is scanned around the calculated values and the intensity values are measured into the detector plane. In the picture, an example with Sn foil (E = 29.2 keV) is shown. (b) The derivative of the intensity shows a peak around the corrected Bragg value. This procedure has been applied in both stripes (RuC on the left and WB4C on the right) and a correction factor has been applied. (c) Energy bandwidth calculations from the FWHM of the fitting function. The first value on the red curve representing the values on the second stripe is not considered. The energy values have been corrected after calibration of the zero angle of the monochromator with respect to the incident beam.
