Three (sE = 3) full raster scans at energies Es1, Es2 and Es3 are used to determine rows with high variance that are assigned a greater subsampling probability. Visually, one can see that the peaks of the distribution correspond to spatial rows where these are many different levels of absorption. One image has dimensions 50 µm × 50 µm, and the step of the scan in the x- and y-directions was 250 nm. |
