Er5Ni3Al3Ge4 is a quaternary ordered variant of the NbCoB type and is described as an inter­growth of Er3NiAl3Ge2 and ErNiGe fragments.

The crystal structure of Cu3(CN)4(NH3)2Hg(CN)2 is a threefold-inter­penetrating structure of three-dimensional frameworks, which are formed from two-dimensional network CuI/CuII–cyanide complexes, Cu3(CN)4(NH3)2, connected by rod-like Hg(CN)2 groups.

NaIn(CrO4)2·2H2O represents an unusual member of the family of compounds based on infinite kröhnkite-type chains. It shows an unprecedented octa­hedral coordination of the Na atom.

The layered structure of the title compound is formed by TeO6 octa­hedra, CuO5 square pyramids and irregular SrO4Br3 polyhedra. The CuII ions are arranged to form puckered honeycomb layers.
