Trisodium discandium tris­(arsenate), Na3Sc2(AsO4)3, adopts a rhombohedral Nasicon structure. A network of vertex-sharing ScO6 octahedra and AsO4 tetrahedra enclose a channel system occupied by the sodium cations.
