The crystal structure of the mineral routhierite, Tl(Cu,Ag)(Hg,Zn)2(As,Sb)2S6, was solved and refined for the first time, and consists of (Cu,Ag)S4 and (Hg,Zn)S4 tetrahedra, which share corners to form a framework with channels parallel to [001]. These channels contain TlS6 and (As,Sb)S3 polyhedra that share corners and edges with the tetrahedra.
