Construction and performance of the millisecond-to-second QXAFS platform at SSRF BL11B for in situ dynamic characterization

The scanning parameters for each oscillation frequency (single-scan acquisition time, total angular scan range, and energy scan range) are as follows: 0.5 Hz (1 s, 1.5°, ∼1110 eV); 1 Hz (500 ms, 1.38°, ∼1030 eV); 10 Hz (50 ms, 1.35°, ∼1010 eV); 20 Hz (25 ms, 1.36°, ∼1040 eV); 30 Hz (16.7 ms, 1.18°, ∼840 eV); 40 Hz (12.5 ms, 0.61°, ∼430 eV); 50 Hz (10 ms, 0.33°, ∼230 eV, XANES only). A conventional step-scan XAFS spectrum (10 min) is presented for comparison. All measurements were performed in transmission mode using nitrogen-filled ionization chambers with an amplifier gain of 10⁶ V A⁻¹.
