 The SHELXL HKLF record contains a non-unit (i.e. not 0.0 or 1.0) scaling
 factor to be applied to the sig(I) values in the '.hkl' file as provided by
 the data reduction software. Its use/need beyond the SHELXL/WGHT 
 optimization procedure should be reported/discussed.
