 The '.fcf' file associated with the '.cif' file should have been created with
 a 'LIST 4' instruction (or left out because already implicit with the ACTA
 instruction). LIST 6 will create a '.fcf' file where the observed data are
 corrected for anomalous/resonant scattering, making the generated '.fcf' file
 unsuitable for post refinement absolute structure analysis and validation.
