checkCIF procedure

 The CIF-embedded SHELXL ABIN instruction contains a pointer to an FVAR
 parameter with a non-standard (i.e. .NE. 0.0) U factor (in the scaling
 expression k.exp(-8pi^2^U[sin(theta)/lambda]^2^) for the (solvent)
 contribution to the structure supplied in the .fab file (e.g created with 
 PLATON/SQUEEZE or OLEX2/Mask). See SHELXL manual.
