checkCIF procedure

 This ALERT is raised when the weighting parameter values reported in the
 CIF embedded '.res' file for A or B as used in the SHELXL refinement differ
 significantly from those suggested at the end of the '.res' file.. 
 Additional refinement cycles are advised using the (SHELXL) suggested new   
 WGHT parameter values.
