 CuKa, GaKa, MoKa, AgKa, InKa wavelength against those of S. Brennan & 
 P.L. Cowan (1992). Rev. Sci. Instr., 63, 850-853.
 Note: SHELXL will automatically use MoKa f' and f'' values when 'DISP' values
 are not provided in the '.ins' file.
