checkCIF procedure

 There is a problem with the recreation of a .fcf from the CIF embedded .res
 and .hkl data with SHELXL20xx. Note: SHELXL (or xl) must be in the PATH or
 set with the environment variable SHLEXE (e.g. to C:\bn\SXTL\xl.exe) 
 Please inspect the SHELXL terminal logfile for error messages.
