Cover illustration: Oospolactone is a simple isocoumarin which has been extensively studied as an antifungal and anticancer agent over the past 40 years. As in related isocoumarins, it involves an intramolecular hydrogen bond between the hydroxy group and the lactone keto O atom. See Twamley, Zawadzka & Paszczynski [Acta Cryst. E60, o370-o371].
