transfer of copyright

Authors will generally be asked to transfer copyright to the IUCr electronically during article submission. This form may be used to download a customised Transfer of Copyright Agreement form for a submitted article:

Enter the surname of one author and the reference code for the article.

Notes

1. Both the surname of one author and the article reference code must be supplied.
2. Supply the article reference code as a combination of two (or three) letters and four numbers (with leading zeros if necessary), e.g. CQ1045, rt0023, mah5001.

Open-access articles

Authors of open-access articles will not be required to transfer copyright to the IUCr, but will instead be asked to agree to an open-access licence. This licence is identical to the Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY) Licence. For more information on open access, click here.
